Policy Counsel/Policy Advisor
The Policy Counsel/Policy Advisor will engage in local policy advocacy before the DC Council, the Mayor, and with administrative agencies to advance the ACLU-DC’s strategic work on issues related to First Amendment rights, criminal justice, racial justice, LGBTQ+ equality, privacy, religious freedom, immigrant rights, federal workers’ rights, and reproductive rights. Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Digital Communications Strategist / Senior Digital Communications Strategist
The role leads the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact digital communications to advance the mission of the ACLU of the District of Columbia. This role owns and drives digital strategy across email, web, and social media; manages video production and digital ads; and produces creative content that positions the ACLU-D.C. as a trusted resource. Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience.
