Tips and Template for Testimony
Any testimony, whether oral or written, that you submit to the Council will go in a public record that can be searched.

Bill 24-49, the “Street Vending Decriminalization Amendment Act of 2021,” and Bill 24-50, the “Sidewalk Vending Zones Amendment Act of 2021.”
The hearing will be held on 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 via Zoom.
Those who wish to testify must register at http://www.ChairmanMendelson.com/testify by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2022. Testimony is limited to four minutes; less time will be provided if there are a large number of witnesses. More info in the link.
