Miller v. Price

This 2011 lawsuit sought damages on behalf of Lawrence Miller, who was arrested when he verbally protested the treatment of a handicapped friend by police officers. In April 2012 the case was settled on terms we are not free to disclose, except to say that it was “amicable.”
