Ballots should begin arriving the first week of October. If you haven't received your ballot by October 21, make a plan to vote in person during early voting or on Election Day.

Once you've voted, you can mail it back via the postage-paid envelope (the ballot must be postmarked no later than Election Day, November 3); drop it in a ballot drop box; or drop it off at any early voting site from October 27 - November 2 or polling place on Election Day. For D.C. residents experiencing homelessness who do not have a valid D.C. ID, you can instead use as proof of residence:
